Services

I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” you,  it’s about meeting you where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. We begin when you feel ready, at a pace that feels safe.

My work is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, recognising that our experiences are shaped by our histories, environments, and identities. Sessions are guided by empathy, respect, and an awareness that healing unfolds when we feel truly seen and accepted.

“Healing begins the moment we feel safe enough to be ourselves.”

Individual Therapy

Compassionate inquiry

At times, life can feel heavy filled with expectations, responsibilities, and emotions that are difficult to name. Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and begin the process of healing.

As a qualified psychotherapist, teacher, and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, I work by integrating and blending approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Person-Centred Counselling, and Compassionate Inquiry. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape your life, helping you reconnect with your authentic self and build greater self-understanding.

Play

Child-Centered

Children communicate their emotions through creativity and play. In my Play Therapy sessions, I use art, crafts, and stress-free activities to help children express feelings safely, build confidence, and develop emotional awareness. Each session is gentle, trauma-informed, and adapted to your child’s unique needs.

Alongside this, Parent Coaching offers support for caregivers who want to better understand their child’s emotional world, build connection, and create calmer, more compassionate homes.
Together, we work towards trust, confidence, and stronger family relationships.

Adolescent Therapy & Support

Intergative therapy

Adolescence is a time of deep change physically, emotionally, and socially.
It can be confusing, intense, and sometimes overwhelming. Many young people struggle to find words for what they feel or to trust that someone will really listen.

As a qualified psychotherapist and teacher, I offer a safe, confidential space for teenagers to explore what’s happening beneath the surface- whether it’s stress, anxiety, identity struggles, friendship issues, or low self-esteem.

Group Therapy & The Power of Circle Work

Healing happens in connection

Group Therapy and Circle Work bring people together in a safe, compassionate space to share experiences, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves and others. Rooted in Compassionate Inquiry and trauma-informed practice, these groups help participants explore themes of belonging, self-awareness, and resilience. Whether in schools, communities, or professional settings, the circle reminds us that healing begins when we no longer walk alone.

Education & Training

Bespoke packages

My workshops and CPD programmes are designed to build understanding, confidence, and compassion around mental health and emotional wellbeing. Each session is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and practical, bridging the gap between psychological theory and everyday experience in classrooms, workplaces, and communities.

Themes range from understanding children’s mental health and managing stress, to teaching from a trauma-informed space and environment, building emotional literacy, and supporting staff wellbeing.

Whether it’s a reflective session for educators or an interactive assembly for students, every programme is designed to create safe, compassionate spaces where growth and connection can take root.
